The general way in which orders are usually processed is the following:

1. First contact with the client to figure out the content of the order

2. A 30% deposit is required to be paid upfront, that will set the order in motion

3. The jewelry is crafted. This can take from a few days up to a few weeks, depending on what products are in order.

4. Once the order is ready to be shipped out the client settles the remaining 70% due amount either via direct wire transfer or credit card*

5. The order is shipped out, fully tracked and if needed fully insured.
